The 51st season consists of the following four productions: Lucky Stiff (Sept 13-15 & 20-22, 2024), The Uninvited (Nov 15-17 & 22-24, 2024), Pack of Lies (Feb 14-16 & 21-23, 2025), and The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens (April 4-6 & 11-13, 2025).
Our first production is the musical “Lucky Stiff” with book and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, music by Stephen Flaherty, directed by Criss Pearson. Based on the novel, The Man Who Broke the Bank at Monte Carlo by Michael Butterworth, Lucky Stiff is an offbeat, hilarious murder mystery farce, complete with mistaken identities, six million bucks in diamonds and a corpse in a wheelchair. The story revolves around an unassuming English shoe salesman who is forced to take the embalmed body of his recently murdered uncle on a vacation to Monte Carlo. Should he succeed in passing his uncle off as alive, Harry Witherspoon stands to inherit $6,000,000. If not, the money goes to the Universal Dog Home of Brooklyn… or else his uncle’s gun-toting ex!

All performances are held at the Tahlequah Armory Municipal Center, 100 N Water Ave, Tahlequah, OK. Reservations for Dinner/Show must be made by 5pm the Wednesday prior to the show you wish to attend. Dinner is catered by The Red Rooster Bistro & Bakery in Wagoner, OK. Tickets are $35 for Dinner/Show or $15 for Show Only tickets, and $10 for Student Show Only (available only at the door with ID).
